My Approach

Having led large-scale transformation and organizational change for more than 40 years with major retailers, I saw first-hand the ways change can elevate — or ruin — a company’s success. Learning the importance of empathy, grace and strength in the workplace has inspired me to share the stories of my own experiences — the good, the bad and the ugly in hopes of inspiring others to be gracious and strong leaders.
