The changes in our world today are unprecedented and the impact has been felt in more significant ways than one. Still, leaders must find ways to lead through both smooth times and hard, and the way that we lead through the latter shapes us in ways we may never have imagined, all while forming our leadership legacy.
I draw from more than 40 years in corporate leadership with major retailers, most notably leading large-scale transformational change within Walmart U.S. and global culture integration and strategy. A large part of my career was spent in the HR and Culture, Talent and Leadership Alignment space, so I saw first-hand the ways transformative leadership could elevate – or ruin – a company’s initiatives.
I work closely with clients to discover the assets and vision within each leader and work to pull it out and build a plan for excellence. I bring a creative and versatile approach to finding the best environment to meet the needs of clients
